1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the QuickfirmX platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Services and Role of QuickfirmX

QuickfirmX acts solely as a digital intermediary connecting Employers and Candidates.

  • For Candidates: Registration and profile creation are free of charge.

  • For Employers: Access to premium features, job postings, and candidate databases is subject to monthly subscription plans and packages as detailed on our pricing page.

3. Limitation of Liability & Content Accuracy

QuickfirmX does not employ the candidates nor does it represent the employers.

  • Candidate Responsibility: Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided in their CVs and profiles.

  • Employer Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for the job descriptions, company information, and the legality of the positions posted.

  • Disclaimer: QuickfirmX does not verify the truthfulness of the content posted by users and shall not be held liable for any misinformation, fraudulent job posts, or false credentials.

4. Interactions and External Agreements

Any interactions, interviews, or employment contracts made between Candidates and Employers—whether through the platform or outside of it—are at the parties’ own risk. QuickfirmX is not a party to any employment agreement and disclaims all liability for any disputes, salary disagreements, or conduct occurring outside the platform.

5. Messaging and Conduct Policy

Our messaging system is intended for professional recruitment purposes only. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending offensive, defamatory, or abusive language.

  • Sharing suspicious external links, malware, or phishing content.

  • Harassing other users or sending unsolicited spam. QuickfirmX reserves the right to monitor communications to ensure the safety of our community.

6. Right to Remove Content and Terminate Accounts

QuickfirmX maintains a “Zero Tolerance” policy for fraudulent activity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • Remove any job posting that appears suspicious or violates our standards.

  • Delete candidate profiles that contain false information.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

7. Payments and Refunds (For Employers)

Subscriptions and job packages are billed on a recurring or per-package basis.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a specific package agreement.

  • QuickfirmX reserves the right to change pricing plans with prior notice to active subscribers.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
