To facilitate the recruitment process (showing Candidate profiles to Employers).
To process payments for subscription packages (for Employers).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, your data is shared in the following contexts:
Employer Access: When a Candidate applies for a job or makes their profile “Public,” registered Employers can view their CV and contact details.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., payment gateways like Fawry, cloud hosting services) who assist in our operations.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or in response to legal requests.

Candidates can delete their profiles or hide their CVs from search results at any time through their dashboard.
Employer billing records are kept for a period required by Egyptian tax and accounting laws.
