*Key Responsibilities:*
⦁ Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email regarding service inquiries, technical support, and billing.
⦁ *Proactively identify and capitalize on sales opportunities* by recommending relevant telecom products, service upgrades (e.g., premium packages, faster internet tiers), and new devices.
⦁ Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
⦁ Educate customers on our network coverage, plan features, promotions, and the value of our products.
⦁ Achieve and exceed *individual and team targets* for sales conversions, customer retention, and service quality.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests in the CRM system.
⦁ Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies during all interactions.
*Working Conditions & Benefits:*

⦁ Rotational shifts (working hours and days off are rotational).
⦁ 5 working days, 2 days off per week.
⦁ Work schedule: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour and 15 minutes break).
