Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our hospitality team in ElGouna – Hurghada, Egypt. In this supervisory role, you will oversee reservation operations, lead a team of reservation agents, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. You will be responsible for managing daily reservations, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and organizational excellence.

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the reservation team, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
Monitor reservation systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in booking management
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues with professionalism and empathy
Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to reservation staff to support their professional development
Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reservations and customer interactions
Coordinate with other departments including front desk, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
Ensure compliance with company procedures and hospitality industry standards
Manage peak periods and staffing schedules to maintain service quality during high-demand seasons
Generate reports on reservation metrics, team performance, and operational KPIs for management review

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reservation or hospitality environment
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
Proficiency with reservation management systems and hotel property management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or training preferred
Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic preferred) are advantageous
Knowledge of the Hurghada tourism market and hospitality industry standards is a plus
