We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties based on their financial capabilities and preferences.

Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.

Present properties in a professional and persuasive manner.

Assist clients throughout the full sales process until closing.

Support negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare necessary documentation related to property transactions.

Stay updated on residential and commercial market trends, property values, and competitors.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships to generate referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

0–2 years of experience in real estate or sales (real estate experience is a plus).

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (preferred).

Good computer skills (MS Office & CRM knowledge is a plus).

Presentable and professional appearance.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Owns a car (preferred).

Residence near New Cairo is preferred.
