Your Role:

Support for project controlling as well as organizational and administrative tasks
Support in the billing/invoicing process
Hardware management (customer-specific)
Controlling of onboarding processes
Interface function between operational departments
Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, reporting, and SLA management
Project documentation and archiving
Process documentation

Your Profile:

Your working style is hands-on, you’re a team player, and you have strong social skills. Additional attributes include:

You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and have initial professional experience in project support
Very good user skills in MS Office / Office 365 – especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Above-average attention to detail in handling tasks
Independent action and task management
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
