Description
Job Purpose
• In charge of the bidding process in terms of documentation needed, LG and insurance.
• End to end contract management at the EBU from the preparation until customer signature for ISP and Etisalat.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to Overview Leads Generated and Monitor its Release for better Resources Utilization.
Report To Position Name
Bidding:
• Full ownership of the end to end bidding process supporting the sales providing effective prices and discounts to ensure smooth renewals/awards of various bids.
• Performing the business cases for individual customizations and finalize with various stakeholder based on internal process and DOP.
• Orchestrating, Aligning and Following Up with All Stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding customer’s industry, buying cycle and strategy
• Reporting the bidding budget on monthly basis for his top management.
• Generating Enterprise Reports and Arranging, Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Calls for the pending bids/RFP, etc…
Biding function:
• Preparing the needed petty cash & delegation.
• Issuing bid bond LG.
• Getting the needed approvals (legal, commercial & technical).
• Preparing all tender documents (delegation, legal doc., Technical & financial proposal).
• Review and validate tender Doc. (RFP), proposals and BC to insure its matching before stamping
• Running Discovery Calls & Customers’ Visits for the lost Bids.
