Job Description
NOV Cairo are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team and help drive our sales performance across existing and new accounts. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities and supporting NOV’s strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute local sales plans aligned with NOV’s global sales strategy and customer growth objectives.
Manage weekly and monthly sales activities including client visits, lead follow-ups, and quotation tracking.
Evaluate customer inquiries, prepare accurate and competitive quotations, and manage the sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.
Act as a customer advocate internally, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective solutions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities and leads, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Conduct contract reviews in collaboration with the Legal team, managing clarifications and exceptions as necessary.
Continuously seek to improve internal processes to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product and service development.
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5 years relevant experience
Skills:
Strong project management and customer relationship skills
Technical understanding of drilling equipment (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
