* Providing technical support and helping with billing queries for customers in the United States of America.

*Job Requirements*

* Fluency in English as you’ll be dealing with US customers *”\* Level upper intermediate *B2 “\*
* Graduates only.
* Flexibility with night and overnight shifts.

*Offer*

* Basic Salary *10,000 EGP + 100 US Dollars KPIs.*
* Transportation Allowance

4,000 EGP – Downtown Alexandria

2,000 EGP – Agamy

* Social and Medical insurance.
* Paid training.
* *5 *working days ( *2 days off *).
* Rotational shifts ( morning, afternoon, and overnight ).
* *9 *working hours including *one *hour break.
* Transportation provided to and from the site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 – E£19,000.00 per month
