Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in Dubai who will manage and act as the focal point for customer queries from our Corporate clients.

**In this role, you will:**

Manage customer queries from Corporate clients, both UAE and International clients based in GCC or South Asia.
Ensure close coordination and rapport with internal functions, enabling faster resolution and responses to customer queries.
Log and track issues and complaints.
Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

**Requirements:**

Experience in handling corporate client queries.
Familiarity with serving clients in the UAE, GCC, and South Asia regions.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience in issue logging, tracking, and RCA.
