**About the job**
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Corporate Customer Service Representative in [Insert Location]. This role will be the primary point of contact for all non-trade corporate inquiries, including remittances, check clearing, and account openings. The ideal candidate will support the Team Leader and Customer Service Manager in maintaining exceptional customer service for our corporate clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement.
**In this role, you will**
Act as focal point of contact for all Non-Trade related Corporate queries such a Remittance, Cheque clearing, account opening etc.
Support Team Leader / Customer Service Manager to execute all necessary actions to assure a high quality of customer service for Corporate customers
Adherence to Unit’s SLAs and ensuring highest level of customer service to Corporate Clients
Ensure to timely escalate issues to Direct supervisor / Team leader for onward evaluation and further escalation
Ability to clearly identify Root Cause and propose process improvements
Timely logging of all queries in CRM
**Requirements**
Proven experience in customer service, specifically with corporate clients
Strong understanding of banking operations and non-trade related corporate queries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Proficiency in using CRM systems for logging and tracking queries
Demonstrated ability to adhere to SLAs and maintain high service standards
