We are seeking a dedicated Customer Growth & Retention Agent for our English Account, based remotely in Egypt, to enhance our user experience in the flat-sharing market.
**About the job**
As a Customer Growth & Retention Agent, you will be instrumental in expanding our user base and ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging with potential and existing users to facilitate their success on the ZoomyRoom platform.
**In this role, you will**
Call and message users listing rooms on other platforms to guide them to download the ZoomyRoom app and activate their listings.
Use our Admin Panel to accurately create and mirror listings, ensuring all data and photos are high-quality.
Manage a pipeline of users, following up to ensure they are getting views and reviewing applications.
Engage with community groups on Facebook and Reddit to drive traffic and build awareness for ZoomyRoom.
**Requirements**
Fluent in English with near-native spoken and written proficiency.
Persuasive with a persistent attitude, not easily discouraged by rejection.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately transfer data between platforms.
Reliable with a stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and commitment to scheduled hours.
One year of experience calling US or UK citizens.
