We are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager Egypt for MV and LV Switchgear, who will be responsible for leading and growing the company’s switchgear business withing Egypt. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved. The role requires deep technical understanding of electrical distribution systems and strong commercial acumen.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute sales strategy for MV and LV switchgear solutions
Achieve annual sales targets and profitability
Identify new business opportunities in projects and distribution segments
Penetrate into Utilities, Industrial, Commercial & Infrastructure, Renewable and Data Center segments
Manage and expand strategic relationships with key customers, end users, consultants, contractors, distributors and panel builders
Conduct customer visits, presentations and techno-commercial discussions
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory updates to refine business plans
Represent the company in industry events, seminars and trade shows
Lead and mentor the local sales team, and help them to achieve their individual business goals
Prepare regular sales forcasts
Build and maintain project pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. MBA is an advantage
10 to 15 years of experience in MV/LV switchgear, power distribution or related electrical equipment sales
Skills:
Strong track record in technical sales, business development, and key account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and decision making abilities
