Responsibilities

* *Customer Support:* Provide helpful, easy-going assistance to shoppers regarding their orders, tracking, and general product questions.
* *Simple Troubleshooting:* Guide users through the website and checkout process to ensure a smooth and frustration-free shopping experience.
* *Feedback Sharing:* Briefly note down common customer suggestions to help the brand stay on top of what people love.
* *Engagement:* Use your communication skills to build a positive rapport with customers in a relaxed, international setting.

Schedule and Work-Life Balance
