Job Title: B2B Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Main Purpose of Job:

The role supports the B2B Business Operations Manager and team by driving B2B sales and service excellence and enabling overall business growth. It involves leading the optimization of local end‑to‑end B2B processes while ensuring alignment with local functions, other markets, and HQ. The position is responsible for implementing processes, tools, and projects and monitoring their impact on customer experience. It also requires supporting B2B business management through commercial reporting, maintaining data quality, conducting analysis, and acting as the B2B Projects Manager.

Key Outputs:

Provide back-office support:

• Support the execution of channel related projects and events, e.g. by supporting project-related stakeholder communications

• Execute business excellence support (i.e. reporting, process and tools)

• Execute all Sales Support administrative tasks

• Support Field Sales, e.g. by implementing merchandising initiatives in the B2B Channels, both on- and offline

• Provide real-time overview of operational spend and initiate follow-up on controlling grids

• Coordinate and align all internal communications, and facilitate these processes

• Support Third Party Management, e.g. monitor interactions and compare actual performance with pre-defined expectations, identifying potential problems, and suggesting appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure quality

• Support in business performance analyses and update C4C and SAP/Microsoft Dynamics:

• Assist in the definition of key performance indicators for the B2B sales channels

• Collect data as input for reporting on market performance KPIs

• Provide actionable recommendations to the direct report to drive additional sales and suggestions for the acquisition and activation strategy

• Update C4C and SAP/Microsoft Dynamics for B2B as per HQ/Zone requirements and guidelines and latest processes

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
1 – 3 years of experience (i.e. customer service experience, sales support & administration experience).
