Your first call center CV. Where do you start?

A good first CV starts with what you can already do. Here is how to make your experience count.

01

Start with the role you want

Include your name, a contact method and city. Add a short profile that explains the customer service role you are aiming for and the language you can use confidently. Keep it specific and honest.

02

Experience is more than a job title

A student project, volunteering or helping customers in a shop can demonstrate useful skills. Describe what you did, the problem you helped solve and the result. Only include numbers you can support.

03

Make it easy to read

Use a simple layout and clear headings. Check dates, spelling and contact information. After saving your PDF, open it on your phone and confirm that the text is selectable. A clear CV helps readability; it cannot guarantee an interview.

Put it into practice.
