*Key Responsibilities*
– Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients within logistics and supply chain sectors.
– Lead Generation: Actively develop new sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
– Client Meetings: Conduct presentations and meetings to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
– Proposal Support: Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
– Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
– Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Qualifications & Skills*
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
– Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred).
– Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
– Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and manage objections effectively.
– Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
– Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
