Answer customer questions and provide support

**Requirements**
Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome
Good communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working as part of a team
Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
Ability to work night and overnight shifts
