As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers.

Assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries via various channels.
Provide effective solutions to customer problems.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and services.

**Requirements**
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices.
Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the services industry.
Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Patient, proactive, and client-focused approach.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
CRM experience is a plus.
