*Role Overview*
We are seeking an experienced *Overseas Recruiter* to support our U.S. corporate hiring team. This role focuses on resume review, applicant communication, interview scheduling, and high-volume recruiting using Indeed and email outreach.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working with daily productivity goals.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Review and screen *40–60 resumes per day*
* Source and manage candidates through *Indeed*
* Respond to applicants via professional email
* Send approximately *150 emails per day* (responses, follow-ups, interview invites)
* Conduct *10–12 candidate interviews per day*
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with the U.S. Hiring Manager
* Maintain accurate candidate trackers and hiring records
* Dedicate *one day per week* to resume review, tracker updates, and email follow-ups
* Work closely with the U.S. corporate office to support hiring needs
*Requirements*
* Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience
* Working knowledge of *Indeed*
* Strong resume screening and interview skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
* Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlapping schedules
* Must be available to work one Saturday a month
* Must be able to work on camera
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£37,609.60 – E£61,115.60 per month
