*Location:* 6th of October City
*Salary:* Up to *21,800 EGP (Gross)* per month
*Bonus:* *Uncapped Sales Bonus paid in USD*

*About the Role*

Sirus CX is hiring driven *Service Advisors* to join a high‑performance customer experience team. You’ll support customers, resolve issues, and maximize sales through product recommendations and upgrades. If you’re ambitious and want *unlimited earning potential*, this role is a strong fit.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, chat, email).
* Identify sales opportunities and promote Musical products and upgrades.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales, retention, and service quality targets.
