About the Role:

In this role, *you will not be dealing with customers*. Instead, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring delivery personnel across the USA. This is a high-impact, lower-stress role focused on HR operations and logistics coordination. If you have excellent English and a sharp eye for talent, this is the perfect career pivot.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial English-language interviews with potential delivery partners in the US.
On boarding Coordination: Guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring all documentation and background checks are initiated.
Decision Making: Evaluate candidate profiles based on US-specific logistics requirements.
Process Management: Update internal databases (CRM) to track the progress of the US delivery fleet.
Support: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout their hiring journey.

Requirements:
Education: University Degree is mandatory.
Language: Fluent English communication skills (B2/C1 level).
